Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email for future reference in case you have questions about your order.

Because every single item is handmade to order, your order may take approximately 5-10 business days to create. Larger orders or special orders may take longer, please contact me for more information or if you are concerned about delivery date.

Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $4.95. For orders over $250, shipping is free! I generally ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times will vary based on location.

If you are a bride and have a rush order, please contact me. Rush orders will generally require a $50 fee for faster processing and to ensure the pieces will reach you in time.

When returning your item(s), please send the item back in the way you received it and follow these steps:

1. Include the unworn item(s) with any gift box and packaging materials.
2. Include a copy of the original invoice
3. Please use a bubble mailer or box for your return.

Using FedEx or UPS for your return is advised so that you will have a record of your return.

Returns MUST be received within 14 days of the return request.

Your account will be credited once the returned item is received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. There is no refund on shipping on returned merchandise.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item for free repairs. After 7 days, please contact me for a repair quote. If you receive an item that is defective, please email me immediately.

Gift wrapping is FREE! Each and every item is automatically gift wrapped individually. However, to help conserve, please indicate if we can combine items in a single box (i.e. a pair of earrings with a matching necklace and/or bracelet).
